Inbound Customer Service Rep (5 years of Work Experience)

 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English and grammar
  • Great phone demeanour
  • Extremely professional telephone etiquette
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Sound judgement in practical matters (common sense)
  • Strong customer service, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills with excellent keyboarding and attention to detail

Job Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Access customer accounts via proprietary software
  • Provide accurate information
  • Process customer requests on their account
  • Escalate to supervisor if necessary

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to handle service escalations courteously and professionally

Job Duties:

  • Handle service escalations
  • Hire, train and schedule service reps
  • Monitor and assist service reps
  • Provide ongoing training for service reps
